A beautiful location walkable around the exciting walled city of Cartagena. We were given a tour of the property and our room and then received a delicious welcome drink. It was a great visit where we felt safe and cared for.

The staff was exceptional. Very attentive and sociable. The manager saw to everything he promised and exceeded my expectations. Excellent food… dine in, poolside or in the room. I was very impressed. Pool could use a little maintenance on the tiles but otherwise highly recommend this hotel.

The Junior Suite was probably one of the nicest hotel rooms anywhere that i have stayed in. I am also a Hotel GM in Canada and loved my stay here. The Hotel is very nice.

This hotel was truly the best I've experienced in a while! The customer support exceeded expectations. The style and cleanliness were exceptional. Breakfast offered a variety of options ranging from coffee and tea to shakes and authentic regional dishes. Absolutely beautiful great place to stay. I would not recommend if you are looking for a quiet area. There is loud street noise. But if want to stay in the center of the plaza it's absolutely beautiful, clean, great staff, safe and staff are very nice and helpful.

Very friendly check in but service in restaurant very poor, the breakfast was not good at all. The location is central but the problem with that is that it’s really noisy, you can hear until 3 am the cars honking without end. The room is very beautiful, the bed is very comfortable, it is not perfect clean but average ok. The pool has a nice view but it’s old and not in perfect condition and not very clean. The shower is really good.

Staff was AMAZING!! Definitely went above and beyond! The manager Mr. Sheik Rojas was very accommodating and friendly. They made our stay extremely memorable especially for my fiancé's BDAY. Will definitely be back. Hotel is safe and in the heart of EVERYTHING!!! Yes, it can be loud at night but we love to people watch and so it didn't bother us when it was time to sleep.
