This property is located in the exclusive El Laguito neighborhood of the city of Cartagena. In the main room you will find a comfortable King bed and furniture, in the secondary room a Queen bed and in the third one a King bed and two single beds, all with a private full bathroom and a social bathroom. The building has an elevator with a maximum capacity of 2 people.

It should be noted that loud music is allowed until 10:00 pm and not before 8:00 am. There are some permanent residents in the building.
