"Really peaceful and comfortable place in the country but it's not too far from the seaside town and ruins. Had its own little restaurant serving a lovely 5 course meal with wine and coffee for less than you'd pay in town. Good breakfast in the morning completed a really nice stay. Very friendly staff"

"Fabulous location and a fascinating building - highly recommend the little tour that you can take to learn about the history. The pool is lovely, as is the walking in the countryside around the abbey - other than that there's not a lot to do other than soak up the atmosphere. We stayed for two dinners and one lunch. "2 weeks spent in a fabulous villa with great pool in a peaceful rural location- just what we needed. Shops, restaurants, beaches all near by to visit and explore. Nino looked after us and showed us around the Villa and introduced us to some traditional local cuisine. Would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return again in the future.Martin and Mary are Great hosts. "
