"Beautiful setting just what we wanted over the christmas period"

"A good experience this was our 3rd time. Lovely spa, one of the best. the food superb except the breakfast sausage a little overdone on both mornings. my only negative was the size of the room. If felt small, the bathroom was built into the room. The bed was not as wide as the one we sleep on at home. In previous rooms I have felt the size was better."

"Everyone has been nice and helpful. The wash basin was blocked and not enough English tea and milk been provided but once mentioned to the staff then all been solved. The dining lady Tan was very nice and she suggested some good restaurants around the area. "

"Check in was very efficient and the food menu was sensibly priced, offering nice variety. It made life a lot easier for us to have our evening meal there rather than head out on a winter evening with young children. Our boys really liked the table football in reception and the rooms were no frills but well presented and cleaned. Parking at the adjacent Q-Park was very straightforward and safe, and you receive a half price code for an advance booking with your room confirmation email. The...

"Jacuzzi out of order which I wanted to use and early check in confirmed but then wasn’t available. Other than those 2 things everything spot on. Staff friendly, place very clean and spacious and great toiletries provided. "

"Lovely clean rooms and easy check in/out. We got the conjoined rooms we requested on booking without any issue. I hadn’t realised there’s a daily charge for the car park, but it’s capped so not too expensive. Note there are no plug sockets on the side of the room by the beds, so unless you have a really long charging cable, you won’t be able to reach your phone! It was unfortunate the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night during our stay and communication from hotel staff at the time...
