I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn Expressand unfortunately, it did not live up to the standards I’ve come to expect from this brand. While I typically enjoy staying at Holiday Inn properties, this experience fell far short of expectations. Location The hotel is not ideally situated, with limited access to nearby attractions or dining options. For the price, I anticipated a more convenient or desirable location. Price Speaking of price, the rate felt significantly overpriced for what was offered. For the cost, I expected far better amenities, service, and overall quality. Noise Levels One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was the noise. I could hear every footstep from the room above, which made it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. Better soundproofing is a must. Cleanliness Housekeeping left much to be desired. The room felt barely cleaned, and I was particularly disappointed to find the toilet dirty upon arrival. Such lack of attention to hygiene is unacceptable. Overall Experience This stay was far from the dependable quality that Holiday Inn typically delivers. For the high price, poor housekeeping, subpar location, and excessive noise, I can’t recommend this hotel. I hope improvements are made to bring it up to the standard Holiday Inn guests expect.

Well, our bill was $900 for my daughter’s room and my room. And she did not sleep all night the first night because of some kind of light that was flashing over the headboards. And nobody was able to turn it off so the next day, my husband turned it off and she gave us a $20 credit $20 credit ! Really.!

Construction was going on when we arrived. The cable did not work, but a staff member came up immediately and fixed it. There was also hair in the bathroom, but overall it wasn't a bad stay.

So the hotel was almost completely renovated but it said it had a pool but it was only half full and that was one of the reasons for picking this location, also all the room doors need to fitted properly. They are to tight to the farm. Everyone is slamming the door to get them to shut all hours of the night. The place is nice but I would have not stayed at this location if would have known it was under construction. I most likely will not book through Expedia next time. Because they are most likely not going to do anything. When you book a place to stay the amenities should work as stated. But it was not. The hotel will be very nice but it was not finished while we were there
