"It’s a beautiful b&b. The proprietor was very welcoming when we arrived. The room was awesome. The property was very well kept. The dining room is a wall of windows and the food was delicious! I highly recommend staying here. 👍👍"

"Part of the charm of this great B&B is finding and getting to it. The road gets narrower and narrower, and you are very aware of the charms of rural Ireland. The B&B was well maintained and clean. There is a den downstairs and access to an outdoor space, but we did not use during stay. Our room was basic but very comfortable, spacious enough for two beds, and had a lovely view. The innkeeper is a wonderful hostess and baker. Our made to order breakfast was delicious and more than generously...

"My siblings and I brought our mother to Ireland for her 89th birthday. We were a group of 8. We rented the boathouse and it was even more beautiful than the pictures let on. The house was very clean and ready on time. Michelle was an amazing host meeting us the first day with home made scones and a chocolate hazelnut cake. "We loved our stay in Carrigaholt, owner of Morriseys bar was so helpful, had delicious dinner and drinks at The Long Dock and so enjoyed our morning coffee at the Baryard Coffee trailer a block from us. It was a highlight of our vacation!"

"I’d like to say that our experience met our expectations on this property, but it actually exceeded it. The property was remote and extremely peaceful, with direct access to a beach for long walks. There were 5 family members and the house was quite spacious. It was exactly what we were looking for. Dermot was an absolute gentleman of a host, and was quick to reply to any concerns or questions we had. We definitely plan to return to Dolphin Cottage!"
