"Nothing short from an excellent stay! Family of 5 slept super comfortable, Tony is a pleasure to meet. Everything is as listed online. Clean, quiet, lots of close restaurants and Crash Boat Beach is super close as well. Love it!!"

"We enjoyed our stay it was a quiet and safe area of Puerto Rico very private. The renovations took away from the experience, of course. But nothing that truly mattered. They are making updates. So we are sure it will look exceptional. Clean, very well maintained and decorated. The beach was confusing to get to via GPS. But we eventually got there and enjoyed our time. Thanks. Hope to see you guys again. "

"The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us...

"This condo was excellent- better than it looks in the photos! Clean, with comfy furniture and nice kitchen. There were beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards which made it so easy to enjoy the beach! Five minute drive to surfing, ten to a great swimming beach. And a short walk to all the Rindon restaurants. "

"Beautiful little home just outside the town of Rincón. Just a short few minute drive to the town center, this place was perfect for our family group of nine people stay for 2 days while visiting the area. The air conditioning worked great in all of the bedrooms. There were also towels and beach toys for us to utilize while there. Loved this spot!"

"I stayed here in April 2025 with my wife, 3 young kids, and my wife's parents. The condo was very clean and the location was convenient - an easy 15 minute walk to the beach past some restaurants/bars (shout-out to El Cabo for it's outside seating where my 8yo could play on the sand while we waited - food was okay). There's a really nice rooftop terrace as well as a little patio off the living room. The shared pool is very close, in sight of the front door but not so close I was worried about...

"Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. "The home was immaculately clean and the property was beautiful. We had a great stay. My only complaint was communication with the host. Upon checking in we realized that we had only been given two small towels in this home that had a pool and was in close proximity to a beach. I messaged the host to request some extra towels or see if there were some we did not find. The host never acknowledged or responded to my request. "

"We had a great time! The hosts really set everything up to make the stay smooth and enjoyable. Beach was close, quiet, perfect for our kids. The house was clean and within easy travel distance to many fun places and excursions. Hosts were easy to reach and provided alot of helpful information prior to arrival. "Layout was perfect for our large group. We also rented the house next door so we had pleny of room. Love the location on the ocean and close to area restaurants and bars. Patio/pool area was perfect for our large group. Could have better stocked kitchens and we didn't have any hair dryers so had to purchase one, but otherwise wonderful!"

"Can’t wait until we can return for relaxation. Antonio the mánager was very helpful with excelent Service. We loved the suit. Didn’t really have good wifi but our recepción was real good either way. Wished we had a blow dryer, iron and ironing board but we made due. Great place to disconnect and just relax and read. Easy to access the parking and room. Me and my wife loved it. "
