Pet-friendly home, close to UNC
This home had everything we needed during our visit to UNC. The house was clean and comfortable and had a lovely fenced in yard that was perfect for our dogs. The neighborhood was great for walking and central to many restaurants as well as the UNC campus. Check-in/check-out was very simple. Overall a wonderful, uncomplicated stay!

Perfect Spot for a Stay
This was the perfect house and location for us. We could easily walk to downtown or stroll the neighborhood with our dog. It was a short drive to UNC where my son was in camp, and Carrboro was a delightful town. The house had everything we needed, and the property manager was easily accessible. I would highly recommend this house and would stay there again. The neighborhood deer were a bonus and roamed freely. Lovely stay all around.

Adorable cottage located near UNC Chapel Hill
Possibly one of the best home away experiences I’ve ever had. Cottage was so adorable and well appointed decor. The hosts thought of every detail possible. All of the beds are super comfortable as well. If this cottage had two bathrooms I would have never left.

Nice place in great location
We traveled to Chapel Hill for the first time to watch some UNC Basketball. We had very little knowledge of the area. This area was great! Close enough to UNC, but far enough away to get away. We were walking distance to places to eat and drink (or jump on the free city bus). We even walked to the campus one day. Place was newly renovated and had nice design touches. Somewhat nondescript exterior, but don’t let that fool you. I would definitely stay here again.

This house was so incredibly nice and was one of the best we have stayed; Clean; Good location; Kitchen was very well stocked; Treats/beverages provided were a nice touch; We tried to book for our next stay, but it was already reserved. Definitely recommend.

Perfect UNC Parent's Weekend!!
Our stay at the cottage was perfect! All the personalized touches really made our stay special and the decor was beautiful! My teenage daughter and my college age daughter loved everything. It's so easy to get back and forth from campus via car, walking distance from Lanza Cafe which is one of our favorites. I highly recommend the cottage!

Wonderful Property!!
We absolutely loved this property. It was so comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable and it fit our family of four perfectly. It was really close to anything we needed and make a great home base while we were looking for a home. There's only one bathroom but we never had issues with sharing. The owners thought of everything in this house and you won't be disappointed with your stay.

Great Property/Perfect Location!
Our family could not have been happier with our stay at this property! The house is beautifully decorated, spotless, in a great location, and well-appointed with everything one might need during vacation. As a family that likes to cook the kitchen was a pleasure to work in. Great cookware and new appliances. The owner of the property seemed to go out of their way to accommodate and respond to any questions we had. They also provided great recommendations for dining and activities. They told us about local hotspots and shared insight into the area. I would not hesitate to rebook this property. If we are ever in the area again this property would be our 1st choice and would look no further. Big Thanks and Appreciation to property owners!

Wonderful Getaway-Highly Recommend!!
The cottage was so beautiful! Every room looked like it was from a design magazine. They thought of everything! They had fir pit with everything you need, comfy furniture and blankets, games, little things you have in your home that you don’t bring on a trip but end up needing! New appliances, washer and dryer. Outside patio with table and chairs. Wonderful area to walk around and close to town. There was a king bed, queen bed, pull out sofa, and 2 other sofas that were very comfortable to sleep on. There is only one bathroom but with 4 women staying there, it was still surprisingly manageable! Next time we go to the area we already decided we are going to stay there again AND bring a fifth friend!! Highly recommend this place!!!
