Ancient traditional stone farmhouse completely renovated with care and harmoniously immersed in the green hills of Reggio Emilia. The landscape of the mountain peaks of the Reggio and Modena Apennines is splendid, in the lands of Matilde di Canossa, with a splendid view of the Bismantova stone, mentioned by Dante in the Divine Comedy.
With access on a private white road of about 300 meters closed, it is located in five hectares of native wood and meadows and is the ideal place to spend moments of relaxation and tranquility surrounded by beautiful nature.
Excellent for families and groups of friends, it offers the opportunity to spend unforgettable holidays.
Spacious and comfortable villa with a total area of 220 sq m. The house is divided into two separate and autonomous independent housing units, with sober and elegant interiors.
Each apartment has a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms for a total of five beds, with the possibility of a cot for children up to three years, large bathroom. The bedrooms and bathrooms all have parquet flooring and are equipped with blackout curtains
A beautiful pool table is available for guests.
In the summer, possibility to dine al fresco in the large dining area equipped with stone barbecue and large garden.
