Welcome to Vaucluse for a well deserved holiday.

The Bastide 1881 is located in the countryside, on a fully enclosed plot, at the exit of Carpentras towards Serres with Mont Ventoux in focus and will welcome you for a week-long holiday (or more) in a relaxing environment. You will enjoy a central position and easy access to visit the most beautiful sites of Provence and more particularly Vaucluse and Luberon. You are a few miles from the new SplashWorld Aquatic Center and Spirou Park.

The villa can accommodate up to 10 people + 1 baby (with up to 8 adults).

This Bastide is equipped to be comfortable and functional (complete kitchen equipment, oven, microwave, American fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, flat screen TV (80 French and international channels), Wii, DVD player with many DVDs for children, high-speed Internet (WiFi available throughout the house and on the terrace), games, books, trampoline, sunbeds & umbrellas .... not to mention a beautiful garden with large private pool .

The pool is secured by a flap meeting NF P90-308 standards. The latter also ensures the maintenance of the water temperature.
The pool is equipped with a heat pump to heat the pool to 28 ° C (see below).

The owner, who lives there year-round, will not be present on the premises during your stay and you will thus benefit from the totality of the infrastructure for you and your hosts.

The proposed formula includes:
- The rental of the entire country house and its garden during your stay
- Bed sheets and they will be made upon arrival (fitted sheet, sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, bedspread).
- Cleaning at the end of the stay (except the dishes)
- Access to the pool from 15 May to 15 September.
- The necessary for baby: bed cage, sheet, high chair, small pot for the toilet.
- The necessary for children: various games, console Wii, DVD, barrier of bed, trampoline
- Your consumption of water, electricity and gas.
- A welcome kit
.... For cleaning: pods for washing machine (3) & dishwasher (6), 2 tea towels, 1 sponge & dish soap
.... For the discovery of the region: a little farde that explains the various activities and routes by car, bike or pedestrian to do in the region.

Cars can be parked in the property (under a 2-car carport) or in the car park at the back of the house (still in the property) which is closed by a gate.

Belle villa bien équipée et proche du Mont Ventoux
Grande villa avec une très agréable piscine. Chambres spacieuses et bon matelas. Beaucoup de place pour ranger ses affaires. TV, radio et même station de charge pour 4 téléphones mobile (très utile pour les grandes familles..). Climatisation dans toutes les chambres et les pièces de vie. Rien à redire, la villa est très bien équipée et nous avons passé une excellente semaine à rayonner dans les alentours de Carpentras.

accueil chaleureux - maison spacieuse et lumineuse pouvant aisément accueillir 2 familles - propreté et bon équipement - literie confortable - superbes grandes douches italiennes - jeux et DVD pour enfants - maison idéalement située près de superbes lieux touristiques ainsi que proches des toutes commodités...piscine nickel ... travaux à venir (installation de la climatisation)... notre famille loue régulièrement des maisons de vacances et il est rare que nous ayons envie de revenir 2 fois au même endroit, il y a toujours un couac, ici nous n'avons rien à redire. un grand merci pour nous avoir confié votre maison durant cette semaine des plus agréables, votre région est magnifique...Famille Hermant

Great house, perfect location and very high standard.
Very high standard on everything. Perfect for family vacation with Children. High speed internet Connection, Nitendo Wii and an Amazing pool. Very weel equiped kitchen and a good barbaque in the garden. Very close to all infrastructure one may need such as good gocery shopping, wineyards and historical sites as well as hospital, if that may be needed. No aircondition though but according to the lovley lady who opened up and showed us the house there will be aircondition installed in the house later this year. The owner of the house is just great and all paperworks and practical matters are handled in a very profesional way.

Séjour en août 2015 Maison spacieuse, très bien aménagée et équipée. Propriétaire facile à joindre, et très "carrée". Accueil très chaleureux par l'aide ménagère. Kit de bienvenue très pratique. Piscine très agréable. Bref, prestation impeccable. Seule ombre au tableau si vous cherchez le silence : la route départementale qui longe la maison est assez bruyante quand on est dans le jardin (on ne l'entend pas de l'intérieur).

Superbe vacances. Le soleil, la piscine et une belle villa bien équipée :)
Nous avons passé deux superbes semaines de vacances en famille. La villa est bien située (proche de la ville tout en étant à la campagne). Très pratique pour visiter les beaux sites de la région. Le jardin est très agréable et possède des coins ombragés très précieux durant cette canicule. On se sent comme chez soi dans cette belle villa. Merci et certainement à l'année prochaine :)

Un très grand merci pour votre contact téléphonique. Personne tres honnête.
