"It was a nice place, but IT'S IN THE BASEMENT. The upstairs is VERY noisy, a cleaning company is up there cleaning something maybe rugs or??? And it's LOUD, which gets old. Also smells like puppy, not sure if it's urine or wet dog smell but it's always there, like when you rent from a place that accepts doggos."

"We arrived in a storm and the host came out and met us in the rain. He was very friendly and gave lots of helpful information about places to eat and things to do etc. The property was a basement that had been updated yet still smelled older and our things seemed damp during our stay. It also was listed as sleeping 6 but only slept three on beds. We decided to use sleeping bags and three of our kids slept on the floor. The access to the laundry and kitchen was helpful. It was a quaint and homey setting and good enough for me. I went on vacation and wasn’t planning on spending much time in my accommodations. The hosts answered all questions quickly. "The process for renting this apartment that was in a house was easy and the host was super accommodating and responsive. That is important to me. The pictures were generally accurate, but I learned a lesson that I should have asked for pictures of the outside because it was rough and the neighbors house was a wreck. "The apartment was clean. The "twin" bed is a trundle bed, so if you are putting an adult on it as we were, it was a little tough. The location is nice and is right across the street from a big park. One suggestion for the owner, with 4 females staying here, you might want to buy a body mirror to put in a bedroom as the only mirror was in the bathroom. Property manager was very responsive when we had questions and was very nice. "

"Wow where to begin, the place is absolutely amazing the house felt like they left just for me to stay. Everything I could have asked for. Super quiet at night slept awesome in the bed. Google maps didn't help me get there. Had to scavenge a bit because of how the roads are. Book now!"
