"They didn’t know we were coming. Ran in to make beds and leave two bottles of water. No heat, no TV…absolutely not as advertised, but charged beyond full price when we asked to leave. Terrible experience with absolutely no one on site to communicate with."

"Our family of 4 stayed for 6 nights in this gorgeous villa. It had everything we needed. We used the jacuzzi every night and would have used the lovely pool more but we spent so much time touring around the beautiful surrounding countryside that we ran out of time. The place was clean and well equipped. Saverio was a very helpful host. Highly recommended!!"

"The We had a good experience with the stay however I didn’t realise (my own fault for not reading the listing properly) that you have to pay an additional fee for the spa and sauna use. We did pay an additional fee per person, per day which we thought was pretty expensive and on the second day we paid the spa was cold so we couldn’t really use it. Apart from this the property was beautiful and big for the kids to run around."

"This is a spectacular property set amid a gorgeous setting if olive, almond, quince and fig trees. We travelled with a group if 6 and everyone was very comfortable. The pool was great. We didn't realize it was a bit far from town and groceries but we were happy. The property manager Maria was great."

"The villa was all that we required… clean and plenty of space for four family groups. Beautiful pool area. The outdoor dining space was perfect for family breakfasts and dinners in the tranquil evenings. Flinnie, our breakfast chef, was amazing and wonderful arriving every morning with fresh bread and fruit and setting up and serving breakfast . It was a perfect start to the day. Flinnie also cooked a delicious dinner of Pugliese food along with vegetarian choices…amazing, we had an evening...

The villa was well equipped and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. "The place was amazing. It was so clean and updated that it seemed we were the first renters. The local town Cisternino is great and a 20 minute walk or 4 minute drive. Our hosts were helpful despite our language barriers-thank you google translate. The property had fresh cherries and was serene. We loved our stay and would recommend it to others!"

"Our hosts, Filomena and Domenico, were amazingly attentive and responsive the entire time and made us feel like family. They are wonderful people, and their little truly makes you feel like you're living in a castle. I'm not the type to write reviews, but I adored these people and their beautiful property. Additionally, it's a perfect location because it's a half-hour drive to either the Adriatic or Mediterranean and a perfect, peaceful respite in the country after a busy day."

"We found the property to be very attractive and in a good location. The beds were very comfortable with nice linen. The bathrooms were great, powerful showers and a huge stone bath. We enjoyed the outside seating areas. We did however have a few issues. A few months after booking Fabrizio contacted me to say the rate he had charged us was too cheap and we needed to pay more. We had to agree as our flights were booked and could find little else accommodation wise to suit our needs. My partner...

"We were travelling for a family celebration event and had four day's to chill beforehand. The trullo was just perfect for two of us. Perfectly kitted out kitchen and immaculately clean. The pool was amazing and just what we needed as temperatures were on the mid to high 30c. Ed was so helpful and nothing was any trouble. He made us very welcome and would highly recommend this to family and friends when visiting the area.Will definitely be returning. Thank you Ed you are a wonderful...

"We had a great time at Vinilia, the castle, surroundings and pool are wonderful. Our room had modern amenities with an Italian style. We had dinner at their restaurant Casamatta, chef Pietro Penna tribute to his cuisine and journey was outstanding, breakfast was the perfect starting of the day with delicious bread and fruits. Thank you to all the staff, they were very friendly and helpful, especial thanks to William and Andrea."

"A comfortable, spacious room and separate kitchenette with a balcony that has a glorious view. You do need to be willing to walk up stairs, but the effort is well worth it. Terrific hospitality. Great breakfast. Hope we can return one day. "
