"Nice staff"

"We chose The Grant Hall because of the photos and reviews on-line and this hotel truly exceeded our stay expectations. We were greeted by front desk Guest Services, “Solo”. His welcoming energy and knowledge of the historical grounds of this hotel were intriguing. He, being our ‘first impression’ of The Grant Hall had us loving our choice of stay before we even saw our room. Our room was a beautiful, King suite, the sheets were so soft, decor, stunning set in Old Victorian style. The washroom was large, clean and spacious with all you need to feel welcomed. Toiletries were plentiful and of high quality. We stayed and ate in the hotel restaurant and OMG, as ‘foodies’, it was the most amazing meals (10/10). We had calamari to start, glass of Pinot and a cold Canadian draft. Main course; he had the ribeye, med-rare with with broccolettes. I had the lobster and shrimp pasta … all was superb! We definitely recommend The Grant Hall for anyone staying in Moose Jaw. Again, Solo, you are amazing at your job and we thank you for making us feel so ‘at home’. 10/10 in all aspects of our stay. "I struggled to turn the TV on and off again. I honestly don't know which buttons I pushed to make it do what I wanted it to do. The water was shut off when I arrived. It was about 2 hours before I could wash up. The staff was very friendly and helplful. I appreciated all of their consideration immensely."
