We stayed for 2 nights during Thanksgiving and while the room was clean and the beach was right outside the door we did not have any internet or TV. We were offered the chance to move to another room after our first night but didn't want to pack everything up and move to another room with only one more night to our stay. We were told the cable had been cut. Feel as though we should have been compensated for the inconvience but were not offered that. Other than not having any TV to watch in the evenings, our stay was nice.

Great location. Even though a band was playing across the street, the air conditioner muffled the sound. I had no trouble sleeping.

Cute rooms, great service, excellent location!
The name drew me in and I couldn't have asked for a better stay! I got in late in the evening, and all of the staff was very accommodating and considerate. The room was comfortable and adorable, and the proximity to the beach cannot be beat. Hope to return and stay again!

This was the perfect place at the best price to spend a long weekend in Carolina Beach. It's small and has the old-world charm of a seaside motel that has been lost among the commercial high-rise hotels. Each room is different but charming in its own unique way. There's a lovely deck where we had a wine and cheese happy hour as we watched the sunset. The motel has direct access to the beach and boardwalk. The center of the boardwalk shops is just a short walk away. The staff was so friendly and helpful, particularly Heather. She provided anything we requested and was always available if we needed assistance. Will definitely return!

Clean, good size rooms with outdoor seating area on the walkway (second floor has view of ocean from this walkway). There is also a shared deck overlooking the ocean. Located on boardwalk with walkway to the beach. Many restaurants in walking distance. Fun stay for good price.
