Welcome to the perfect vacation! Gorgeous lake views! Front-row balcony seats for weekly fireworks and movies. We're RIGHT across from Carolina Lake Park! This top-floor unit boasts the best views of the entire building.

Out on the master bedroom balcony, you can relax and watch stunning sunsets over the lake.
Tile and hardwood floors with throw rugs are throughout the space.

There is a large living room with a pull-out couch and a Roku smart TV. So bring your Netflix/Hulu/Prime passwords with you!

The kitchen is ample and well-equipped with a bar that seats 3 and a dining table that seats 4.
1 queen bedroom and a bunk bed room allow the home to sleep a total of 6.

The large attached deck also gives you a peak of the ocean between the homes in front of you. The amazing Carolina Beach boardwalk is only 1/4 a mile away. The Lake park is right across the street!

Fort Fisher Civil War Historic Site and the NC State Aquarium are 6 miles to the south.
The US North Carolina Battleship, Downtown Wilmington Riverwalk, and awesome nightlife are 25 minutes away!

Cozy, comfortable condo just a few hundred feet from Carolina Beach. Clear instructions from the property manager made check in a breeze, and they even texted me to make sure that I was settled in and asked if I needed anything during the stay. I thought that was a nice touch. Many amenities provided, pots and pans, towels, trash bags, and even dish soap made it so I didn't have to bring a lot from home. I enjoyed property and would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay at the Sand fiddler at Carolina Beach. The beach was a short walk. We enjoyed the local restaurants and nearby attractions. We would stay again. Thanks for a great vacation!

Good location, easy to check in, very close to beach and within walking distance of convenience store & boardwalk. Clean, comes with plenty of cooking supplies. There is no shampoo/soap provided.

it was less then a block away from the beach access would be perfect for a family with two little ones or for us it was 3 friends bc of the bunk beds it was very clean and had a great view of the lake and ocean and cute porches and you can walk to the park which they have a little market at saturday mornings and can walk to the strip as well perfect spot for amazing price as well

A little disappointing
The property was fine, excellent location, clean. But we had 5 people in our group. There was supposed to be a master bedroom with queen bed and a 2nd bedroom with bunk beds and a queen bed. However, the 2nd Queen was actually a pull out couch. It would have been fine, but there were no linens on it nor none to be found anywhere in the unit. Highly unacceptable. Also, there were only 4 glasses in the cupboard. And the listing said bring towels, linens are provided, but there were towels galore. We would have skipped packing the towels and brought linens instead had the info been accurate. Nice place, bad info.

Wonderfully easy to arrange. Great location and really nice porches on both sides with a view of the lake on one side and a bit of the ocean on the other. Stairs were a bear! And there were some cleanliness issues in the kitchen and bathtub. But overall, was just what I needed.

We loved the location of this condo! The beach was great and so was the location. Floors were disgusting, like they weren’t even cleaned. My infants feet were black within 2 minutes of our arrival. Also killed 2 cockroaches immediately on our arrival. Gave a decent star rating because the beach was wonderful.

Nice place to relax for a few days. Steps are a pain but a great view up top. Enjoyed the back deck listening to the ocean. Place is ok on cleanliness and could use a few items fixed/upgraded and a new mattress upgrade.
