Highly desirable Ocean Front location. Rocking chair front porch. House is 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Includes 2 queen beds and 2 twin. Free WIFI. Property listed is the lower floor suite. This house has a professionally landscaped yard and parking. We are blocks from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. All beds and furniture are brand new. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. All bedrooms have cable with flat screen wall mounted TV'S! We provide a front load washer and dryer in the laundry room. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. Exceeding this number will be at a rate of $400 per person UP TO 4 people (GREEN HOUSE) and 6 people based on the home rented. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a total of 6 people

My family of 6 (4 adults, 2 children) had a wonderful vacation. The location of the house is close to everything you need. Being so close to the beach made coming and going so easy. The hosts are very responsive if you have questions. You wont be dissapointed.

Great place for a vacation. Get access to the beach the artificial turf backyard is really great for the toddlers. The layout and size of rooms are really good. Will definitely recommend it and will stay here again.

Fantastic trip!
We decided we wanted to take a little pre-spring break and head to the beach. This place was perfect! Clean, decorated nicely, everything we needed was there and just steps to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more! Brian and Jamie were great, texted and called with information/instructions right away and answered me back immediately when I had any questions. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

We had a girls' weekend here, amazing condo, clean, nice linens, great furnishings. The owners are super nice and helpful. But the best part is the access to the ocean just out the back door. I'm already planning to bring my family out next year

We rented this house last minute during the off-peak time to get away as a family for the weekend. The house was clean, and layout was perfect for our family, and the neighborhood was quiet. The owners were easy to get along with and made check in/check out a breeze.

Awesome Vacation
We had a great time. This was our first time to Carolina Beach but it won’t be our last. The house was clean and was everything we needed. It was great being right on the ocean. I would highly recommend this location!
