Direct oceanfront luxury home in Carolina Beach is an oasis of calm. This listing is for the first floor condo Unit 2 (3 beds/2 baths).

Please note that on the second and third floors, there is also a 2-story penthouse condo Unit 1 (6 beds/5 1/2 baths) which can be rented separately (the upper unit 1 and lower unit 2 do not connect internally). You can also rent the entire house (9 beds, 8 1/2 baths) for extended family & friends comfort and privacy. This first floor condo is accessible by private dedicated elevator. Family-friendly amenities will help make this vacation easy on everyone, including optional Pack and Play, high chairs, games, full kitchens, full laundry, and beach/pool amenities.

Start your morning with coffee enjoying sunrise views of the Atlantic Ocean and enjoy evening sunset intracoastal waterway views from wrap-around deck. Relax in the private saltwater pool with adjacent tiki bar and fire pit when you're done enjoying the ocean, accessible by private walkway. Direct ocean-view kitchen with dual oven/microwave combo and gas cooktop for preparing family meals. Ocean-view dining area makes for fantastic meal-time memories.

Adults and kids will love the private deck area surrounding the saltwater pool, including a tiki bar to keep everyone refreshed. Enjoy the outdoor showers after fun in the water, and indoor games and more will keep you relaxed.

Fall break trip
We had to make last minute fall break plans due to Hurricane Milton. We found Carolina Calm less than a week before arriving. We are so thankful we did. The condo was clean, comfortable, and a great distance to many restaurant options and the boardwalk. We didn’t get to use the unheated pool like we had hoped but thankfully we had beautiful beach weather! We would definitely stay here again.

Carolina Calm was the perfect beach home for our family. It had everything you could imagine in the kitchen. Very spacious and comfortable. The elevator and pool were a bonus! The owner was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We will return!

Amazing Beach Location
We had an amazing time at Carolina Beach, and Carolina Calm was the centerpiece of our stay. Despite the weather being a little chilly, we took advantage of the private beach access for morning walks and kids playing in the sand and surf. The property was clean and as-advertised with updated appliances, equipped with comfy furniture/beds, and plenty of room for our family of 5. The homeowner was great with communication. We really couldnt have asked for a better experience.
