220 Cabana is an Oceanfront 2nd floor unit in an elevator building with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Located just north of the Boardwalk area close to downtown. It is a short walk to restaurants, shops and the harbor with it’s Cruise Boats and Charter Fishing. Fantastic views.... from deck with access from living room w/tv. Equipped kitchen and Outdoor Pool. Strictly enforced no smoking policy. Maximum occupancy 6 with king in master w/bath, queen in 2nd bedroom with bath and queen sleeper sofa in living room. Parking for maximum 2 cars underneath if available or across the street.

Location cannot be beat!! Everything... I mean everything is walking distance.
Location and beachfront was certainly the highlight of our trip! Balcony view of the fireworks was perfect! Property Manager was awesome to work with! Would definitely stay here again!

Very OLD
This property needs updating and a deep cleaning. If you want location that's within walking distance to everything, this is it. However, nothing has been updated, even the switch plates aren't on correctly. There is too much furniture for such a small place. There was only 2 of us and it was tight. I know first hand how expensive it is to update the furnishing but in order to keep recurring customers it's a must. There was also a renovation on the floor above it, we were not notified that there would be loud noises during the day. It sounded like they were drilling through our walls, we left after 2 days.

The condo was quite nice but had "way" too much furniture. The reason we were not entirely happy with our stay was because we were not informed that the parking garage would not be available during our stay. Had we been informed of thiis we would have chosen another rental property.

Wish we were told earlier that the building was being painted and you had to park across the street .It was noisy until 6 pm for 3 days from the workers machinery beeping then the band from a nearby bar on Saturday night until very late. The place was fairly clean but dated, the balcony furniture was put inside and made the living room even smaller.Suggest blackout curtains in master bedroom. it was just bad timing another time would have been better

Birthday Suprise Carolina Beach Cabana 220
I truly loved the location! Short walking distance to food and shopping and right at the boardwalk. The condo itself could use a little update and deep cleaning. Otherwise, it would have been a 5 star rating:) The beds were not comfy and are in need of changing out. Memory foam would be ideal. That would make it perfect! But still would not keep me from coming back. Really enjoyed my stay and Birthday!

We loved staying at this property.The view from the balcony was amazing.Things to bring we realized after we got there was trash bags,more toilet paper,napkins,blow dryer,dish soap,hands soap.We got about one towel per person staying so thankful for the washer and dryer.It’s a little outdated and could use and upgrade also.This was in the perfect location. Easy walking distance to everything. The best food we found was Island burgers and bites. Only complaints would be beds were hard and needs an upgrade.The building was kept clean and we would definitely stay here again.

Property needs to replace missing end and coffee tables with the glass insert never being replaces. Washer and dryer were rusted and outdated. Bathroom showers showed black mold in the guest bedroom and the shower curtain in the master bedroom too. I purchased my own cleaning supplies to remove the mold. An easy fix but not something I should have to do on my vacation. View and location was great.

Location
Location is everything. We parked our car once we arrived and did not move it until we left to go home, 5 days later. We walked everywhere. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, kitchen was big enough for the 2 of us. My recommendations would be to remove the outdated small tables missing center glass and then replace the sleeper sofa. The sofa has seen its better days. We do plan to stay at the Cabana again.

Not horrible, but not great. The location, the view and the condo building itself were wonderful and the property management company was very pleasant and communicative. However, the condo wasn't the cleanest, definitely older and not updated, showers were moldy, couch and beds were super uncomfortable, some of the dryer settings weren't functional, "coffee table" had no top on it (I'm assuming it used to have a glass top), and the bottom shelf of the fridge door was broken and everything would fall out of it. Loved the area, the beach accessibility and the view from the balcony, but I would not choose this condo again unless it gets a serious makeover.

Great location right by the boardwalk
We were down for the pleasure island jeep jam and my friend was going with her 14yr old daughter too so we decided to find a 2br condo to share and wanted something near the boardwalk. This location was perfect!! 2 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. Balcony was great to hang out on with morning coffee. The beds are not comfortable at all tho and neither is the couch that seems to be the case with most rentals tho. This condo is older and dated but was clean and had plenty of dishes not that we cooked.😂 The master bathroom in the king size bedroom definitely needs a new shower head water dribbles down with barely any pressure hard to wash your hair like that and the drain backs up too so you are standing in water and a very slow drain out you will leave sand in the tub. The hot tub on the premises is awful too lukewarm and no bubbly jets the pool is nice with many chairs. The garage is nice just a little tight but we have a big jeep and managed fine, if spaces aren't available there are 2 open lots across the street as well only had to use that 1 time. Overall a great place to be when you want to walk everywhere, we enjoyed dinner at Fork and Cork and we always love Britt's and Carolina Smokehouse.

Wonderful stay with great view!
Check in was easy and room was welcoming and cozy! Love the close proximity to the boardwalk. All the gate codes and door access codes are a little bit of a pain because there are several codes to keep up with but guess it is necessary to keep the property safe. Pool closed on October 15th unfortunately but we still had a great day on the beach. Bar across the road is a little frustrating because the music is loud and non stop through the weekend into the early morning hours and can be heard clearly in the master bedroom. Beds were comfortable! Need more comfortable seating in living room. Overall great stay!

Weekend getaway
The property was very clean, beautiful views, and the location was perfect for walking to great restaurants and bars. Only complaint I have is the master bathroom drain did not drain well at all. I understand though that lots of sand probably makes this an issue. Overall we had a great time and would def go back!

Great location for beach and town access! You don’t really have to drive anywhere except to get your groceries. Certain things were not clean considering that it’s cleaned every week. Meaning heavy dust on the ceiling fan was not expected. The king bed was not comfortable to sleep on but I know everyone has their preference on how the bed feels. Great that linen was included.

Great view and location - but gross
The view and location were great - but the condo was gross. While the kitchen looks updated, the rest of the place is in desperate need of a few upgrades - most especially the carpet! While it may look clean and most wouldn’t notice - Our 10mo old had black dirt and grime on his knees, feet and hands from crawling around and the bottoms of our feet were black as well. The front bathroom is dated and tub doesn’t drain. Not something you want to spend more than a quick rinse off in. We loved the proximity to restaurants (especially the little coffee and wine shop) and beach - but wouldn’t stay here again without some updates.

Very dissapointing
The pictures were deceiving. The pull out couch was filthy, mattress needs to be replaced, Place needs a paint job, shower curtain moldy, Stand up shower heads needs replacing. No toaster. The filter is the Ac unit had not been changed in probably a year! I have allergy issues....not good. Gave us the wrong gate code.....Great location property is being worked on outside landscaping etc. Description says sleeps 6??????? No way. We were shut in for 2 days due to rain and just my daughter and I ...who are tiny people were uncomfortable on the love seat ….not even a couch. This place may fit the needs of 2 adults and small children at most! I would go back to the condos due to location but never at this unit again.

Being on the boardwalk was great except that I wasn't expecting a band playing nearby at mid-October. Loud til midnight. Younger ones with me enjoyed strolling downtown.
