Spacious Townhome just seconds from the beach. 1Gb internet for work and play. A great place to "winter over"!
3 bdrm, 3 baths, open-concept living space moments from the beach for 10 guests.
Plan your outings, or flex your work/play/winter schedule with 1Gb fiber Internet and wifi.  Wireless inkjet multi-function printer is also included in the unit.

Winter-over options available at substantially reduced rates (if we aren't there ourselves!)

The Main floor features the "In-Laws" bedroom (queen bed), a full bathroom with shower, an open concept kitchen, dining, and large family space with access to the main floor ocean-view balcony with casual table and chairs for lounging and listening.  

The 2nd floor sports the "Kids" bedroom for 4 with a double bed, custom-built bunk beds also suitable for adults, and a full private bathroom with tub/shower combo.  

The "Parents" bedroom features a queen bed, a private full bathroom, dual-sink vanity,  tub/shower combo, and an ocean-view balcony with table and chairs for lounging and listening.  

Stairs provide access up to the townhome main entrance.  

The spacious under-home parking pad can accommodate 5-6 vehicles providing covered parking for 2-3 vehicles.  The under-home pad also features an entertainment area with ample seating and a gas grill.

From the home, it is a 30-second walk (~150 feet) to public beach access.  

Guests Check-In is "officially" 4PM. Check-Out is "officially" 11:00 AM. However, these times are very flexible if there is no one departing or arriving on the same day as your booking.

There are deep discounts for monthly rentals and winter rentals with flexible payment arrangements for those wishing to over-winter here and escape the northern frost!

Wonderful place for girlfriends’ reunion
The property was very confortable and well equipped for 5 longtime friends to gather and catch-up, play cards, watch football and enjoy the charms of Carolina Beach. Friendly people and good service in good restaurants, ice cream and souvenir shops. Carl was responsive and ready to assist our party’s needs.

The perfect place to spend a month at the beach. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was amazingly well stocked, the beds were comfortable and everything needed for spending the day on the beach was provided. We had a wonderful stay. Carl is a great host. He responds to questions quickly. The house is in a great location, a minute walk to the beach. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. This was our second year renting from Carl and both years were enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Memorial Weekend getaway
I spent the extended weekend with my wife, daughter and her husband at Carolina beach. Great location! The condo was very close to the public beach access, extremely clean and well appointed. The hosts had everything you would need available for those one or two items you may have forgotten. The hosts were very accessible and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again if it’s available and would recommend for anyone -good for adults and families.

Amazing Getaway
This was not a disappointment. Very clean property, close to the beach, close to restaurants, pier, boardwalk. The check in and checkout was easy. Carl is an awesome Host. Love this house, If I can suggest something is to have an outside shower bc cleaning all that sand off and trying not to bring it in was a little hard other than that I would definitely recommend and stay there again.Thank you for this incredible experience!

We spent 5 wonderful weeks at Carl and Leslie’s townhome. It was EXACTLY as portrayed online…perhaps even more spacious. You can hear the ocean from the primary bedroom! Here goes some of the positives: extremely clean, unbelievably well supplied with various products, closeness to a beach access, kitchen was well equipped with crock pot, air fryer, Keurig, pots and pans, and many more, every appliances worked, two decks allowed us to “travel” with the sun and enjoy morning and evening on a deck. I usually communicated with Carl and he was spot on.

Amazing house, steps to the beach!
The house was awesome, very clean, and so much room for everyone! The beds were comfortable. We loved the deck, you can see the Ocean and hear the waves, while having your coffee, or in the evening sipping your wine! The house is nicely decorated, you feel like you are at home! All you need to bring is yourself and your clothes, the house is so well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need, spices, garbage bags, paper towels, storage bags, dish soap, and more!!! Also, a nice new grill!! Did I mention full size washer and dryer! This property is literally steps to the Ocean. We were there in Sept and the weather was great, we walked on the beach every day and found shells. The property owner Carl was awesome to work with. So very nice and helpful with any questions you might have. Check in and check out were very easy. This house has everything you will need, lots of room, clean and inviting, and steps away from the Ocean! .

Beach holiday weekend
Wonderful weekend spent relaxing at the beach. This was our third time staying here. Lovely house with everything you possibly need for an enjoyable weekend. We walked across the street and spent the day lounging on the beach, playing cod hole. We cooked our food at the house and all ate with plenty of room to sit us. We played games and visited. Would return again!!

It is second row, but it is as fun as first row!
When renting a place, you are looking for several things: location, location, location, cleanliness, and again location. I have gone to the outer banks, oak island, Wilmington, and this is best place I have stayed in!!! Cleanliness, location, amenities, and etc, were among the pieces that I loved. We arrived there, and had forgotten coffee for the morning. We opened the cabinet and there was coffee. In the morning, we had finished making pancakes, and noticed that we forgot the syrup. We opened the pantry and there it was. I can go on and on… But I will stop there and say, this is the best place you can book!!!

Beautiful Beach Condo!
This condo was the perfect location to spend our Carolina Beach vacation. It was immaculate, tastefully appointed and well-stocked. Our family of five enjoyed having our own beds and bathrooms, and everything was just incredibly comfortable. The condo has easy access to, and a view of, the beach - it’s just steps away! 13th Birthday Celebration
Our daughter wanted to celebrate her 13th birthday, at the beach, and what better way to do that than take a whole group of teenagers! I can't say enough good things about our experience here. The house was fully stocked! Paper towels, toilet paper, soaps of all sort, baggies, trash bags, fully stocked kitchen, bath towels, beach towels, linens, laundry detergent, coffee, spices, beach chairs..you name it, they had it! The walk to the beach was just a hop and a skip from the rental and when you have that many kids you appreciate that convenience. Carl, was a great communicator and host, and we most definally will be back again!

Great house with a perfect location
This rental has everything you could possibility need. The owner was quick to respond and was very helpful. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. There were so many beach toys, sun shade, beach towels, beach chairs etc. You walk out the door and there is the beach access- a perfect location. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return.

Outstanding Getaway!
Wow! So cute! And right across the street from the beach - we could walk to the beach barefoot! Pet friendly place to stay so we could bring our dogs! Only thing bad was that we couldn't stay longer!

Spring break with the girls!
It is our second year at Carolina Beach for spring break. We love this beach and love that it is dog friendly. This property was amazing. It was actually better than the description or pictures. The owners were wonderful and responsive and MORE than accommodating with all of our needs. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again next year.
