"Covelo-Original is exactly what a small guesthouse should be. Our stay was perfect. The Covelo is in the heart of old town and steps away from restaurants and just over the bridge is the religious centre. The room had everything needed (fridge, kettle, coffeemaker, all of which aren’t common in a POR room). "The rooms had an amazing view and the grounds were quite expansive and lovely. Ingrid and her husband made me feel so welcome, it added a personal touch to my stay. I noticed that there were many return guests, and I understand why. I hope to return some day too. It was a beautiful area to walk with my dog. And, the hotel is close to the city of Guimarães, which is an excellent day trip. It was a very relaxing stay, everything about it was perfect. "

"SURPRISE: l'établissement était fermé pour "TRAVAUX" (aménagements intérieurs et construction piscine), mais la réservation toujours possible ! Les propriétaires nous ont assuré d'avoir signalé la fermeture de l’établissement, et ont été désagréablement surpris (tout comme nous) de voir arriver des clients avec réservation payée !
