"The kitchen was very dirty. The knives in the knife block on the counterhad dried up food on them, the countertops had food stains on them, and there was one tiny cutting board. The bedroom was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The owner/contact was very nice and helpful."

"Index is extremely charming! Tucked away between the mountains with stunning views. Bush House is rich in history and the efforts of the owners to preserve its rustic, old fashioned manner are amazing! This place is ideal if you seek quiet place with easy access to hikes. I would definitely come back!"

"It isn't really a suite, more like a dorm, and we were disappointed to find out that the bathroom was outside of our unit, and the shared kitchen was at a different floor and didn't even have stickers to mark the owners of the food items in the shared fridge. The room was very small, no table, no chair, not even a hook to hang a coat. The facility is sparkling new and clean, but the work quality seems so-so, especially poor sound insulation. "Alex actually greeted me and showed me the ropes. The place is cozy, user-friendly and in a great neighborhood. I was in Seattle for a family gathering just five minutes away by car."

"I was never communicated the location and had to chat with an Expedia agent to get it canceled. I ended up staying at a hotel by the airport instead because I got no communication back from the host within the week of staying there. They had requested ID one week prior and said my reservation would be canceled if no ID was presented within 48 hours. I did as requested and after that it was crickets. Very shady."

"Had a great stay for a week. Room & bathroom was clean. Walls are thin but the noise wasn’t that bad. Only thing was the wifi did not work and it was terrible when it worked. Overall would stay again which this is my third stay "

"My husband and I stayed for a weekend at this beautifully appointed loft. Everything you see online is accurate. It’s very clean, quiet, and has a beautiful view of the Seattle Space Needle. Larissa is a fantastic host and super communicative and caring. She made sure we were comfortable and we’ll take care of. The next time we’re in Seattle we’ll definitely stay here again."

"I booked a room with a balcony which unfortunately I didn't get to use as it was raining each night, but it would be brilliant in summer for a glass of wine when you get home. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a fantastic sleep. Area is nice and quiet at night. I probably wouldn't get the staircase bed again though (unless it was summer - for the balcony), but it was a cool experience. Five-Star Treatment!

"I can not say enough about my stay at the Grand Hyatt Seattle. I was there for a 4-day convention and the entire team made me feel pampered, cared for, and stress free with every interaction. Starting with their outstanding concierge, Kenya, who helped me coordinate the delivery of my packages, to Jazz who went above and beyond to help me get them where they needed to go, to the bellman who sent complimentary bath salts to my room. WOW! It's been a long time since I've encountered such deep commitment to customer service and engagement! Did I mention the gorgeous rooms? As nice as the pictures are, they DO NOT do the rooms (and the bathrooms justice!) I'll definitely be back!"
