Quality villa in a quiet residential area sought after. Rated 3 stars

50m from the sea and a small beach accessible by a path, next to Beaumer beach, near the large beach of Carnac, 900m from the shops.

Villa in garden of 337m ² planted and closed, barbecue area fitted. Attached garage with laundry room, washing machine and refrigerator / freezer. Town gas heating. WIFI.

Beautiful villa, 139m² approx. 10 pers, with WIFI. Furnished 3-star rating.
Ground floor: Entrance. Living room of 37m²: Internet TV, 3 French windows opening on to the terrace and the garden. Kitchen of 13m² with 4 gas burners, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, robot. 1 bedroom of 14m² with 1 double bed. Separate WC with washbasin. Bathroom with shower, sink (hair dryer).

First floor: 3 bedrooms of about 11m² each with 2 single beds. 1 bedroom of 11m² with 1 double bed. Independent toilets. Bathroom with shower/bathtub, sink (hairdryer). 1 lingerie room on the first floor.


Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please inform us in case of late arrival.
