Two bedrooms are located on the main floor-both spacious, beautifully decorated and outfitted with luxury beds and linens. The Master bedroom enjoys high beamed ceilings, french doors that lead to private deck, and a gas fireplace .
Enjoy your coffee on the patio as you bask in the morning sun. The king bed looks out into the patio. The room invites you to relax with a good book or enjoy a movie on a 50” high definition TV . The Master bathroom has been completely remodeled with marble, and has 2 sinks, an air-jet Jacuzzi tub and spacious walk-in shower.
The other bedrooms are located off the main hallway and share a bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a King sized bed that can be converted to two twins, luxury linens and has ample closet space. The 3rd bedroom also has twin beds that can be converted into a king bed with a comfortable foam topper. The bathroom has been completely renovated, incorporating tile into the pristine white tile and marble with an over-sized walk-in shower.
A spacious patio off of the kitchen invites you to relax and enjoy the moderate Carmel climate. A barbecue is provided for you to dine al fresco under cafe lights. There is a side yard lit up that leads you to a large firepit, gas heater, and ample seating to enjoy many evenings creating lasting memories.

Monterey County Ordnance requires we collect Transient Occupancy Tax equal to 10.5% of rent. Some Vacation Rental websites do not support collection of T.O.T. In those cases, the Tax must be paid directly to Property Manager prior to or upon arrival for all Rentals shorter than 30 Days.
Monthly rental rates are discounted to reflect that guests booking reservations of more than 28 days are required to pay Gas, Electric and Water Utilities in addition to the quoted rental rate.
