"Good hotel with very efficient staff, even when unavoidably short of numbers. Make sure you understand the entry at night, as its a bit tricky. Center of Albi is a10/15 minute walk away."

"We paid for breakfast and it was terrible, as we went into breakfast room it was divided and walking up to table to get some cold hams and orange juice we were told we had to eat in other part of dining area where there was just bread and waffles and drinks. Everyone was sneaking through to get a yogurt or fresh juice the satff in breakfast area were very rude!! Never stay there look for something don’t always settle for the cheapest it’s not worth it , everyone who was English were complaining amongst themselves. Very disappointing!"

"What an amazingly, beautiful, hotel and Emilie the absolute perfect host. The attention to detail is first class and no effort is spared to make your visit memorable. The bedrooms are superb, the bed is ultra comfortable, the bathroom with walk in shower excellent and thecair conditioning given it was 35 degrees outside such a delight. "Very private and relaxing stay the Pictures of the terrace do not do it justice and we had fantastic weather and so made the most of the pool which is in the sun all day. We would definitely return again the only thing I would mention is the bedding and mattresses could do with an update. Thanks for your hospitality!"
