Pendine Heights sleeps up to four guests (one double bedroom and one twin bedroom). The property is in Pendine and benefits from a hot tub on our own private balcony which allow guests to take in the breathtaking sea views.
The open plan living/ kitchen and dining area benefit from glass frontage which also maximise on the panoramic coastal views.
The property is on ground level and guests can relax and take in the sea air from the large private balcony which spans across the entire front of the apartment. During the colder months, you can enjoy the same views from the inside whilst benefiting from a cosy interior as well as underfloor heating.
Ground floor:
Guests will park directly outside the property and access via the side of the building which will take them directly on to the balcony. You will enter the property from the doors leading off the balcony.
Entrance into the property takes you directly into the open plan living/ dining and kitchen area.
The living area is spacious with a large corner sofa where guests can relax after a long day at the beach or exploring Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. Along with the open plan kitchen and dining area (dining table sits four), this really is the perfect entertaining space to spend time together as well as enjoy the beautiful sea views.
The kitchen is equipped with everything that you should need for home dining. Use of appliances includes an oven, electric hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, kettle and toaster.
Both bedrooms and the bathroom lead off from this area.
The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets and a wardrobe.
The twin bedroom has two single beds as well as its own storage for clothing.
The bathroom- inside the bathroom you will find a walk-in shower, WC and sink.
Outside the balcony will be solely for your use and can be kept secure by closing the gate at the side of the property. This will ensure any pets or young children are kept safe. The balcony benefits from a hot tub as well as a dining table set for four and benefits from stunning sea views. There is also plenty of space on the balcony to store any beach toys/ equipment that you may need.
Guests will have full use of the entire apartment and balcony during their stay. I won't be around in person however I have help managing my property with a professional co-host called Pass the Keys. This will give you access to 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance before/ during and after your stay. Catherine & Ainsley at Pass the Keys live locally and will also be on hand. The property will be professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
We also provide remote self-check-in which gives you flexibility should you plan on arriving late.
Parking- Free parking is available at the property. There will be one designated parking space here with further guest parking available on site and clearly signposted.
The apartment benefits from hilltop views and as such the walk down may be steep for some, therefore a car may be preferable to use for those that may struggle with the walk up/ down the hill.
Note that for health and safety reasons, the hot tub is emptied and re filled upon every check out and so this can sometimes impact the temperature of the hot tub on a guests first evening.
Check-in/ Check out-
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys so please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
Pendine Heights is managed by Pass the Keys. They provide 24/7 guest support as well as local personal service before and during your stay.
There will be some complimentary tea/ coffee waiting for you which I am sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! Fresh white bedding is provided (hand towel and bath towel per person) as well as miniature travel-sized bottles of shower gel and shampoo. Other items include a washing up sponge, one toilet roll per bathroom and kitchen roll (These are complimentary so do not expect these to be in excess as they are only to start your holiday off as the accommodation is self-catering).
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
