"stayed 6 nights & had no issues. Wendy excellent at being there for any questions - but not at all intrusive. pleasant mile walk into Lincoln & a beautiful park 10 min walk down the road, so could leave the car safely parked at property. Local pub 15mins walk, harvester type. Would stay again."

"A secure facility with ample parking. Very spacious with a smart internal appearance. Clean & tidy with almost everything for a self catering holiday. The lacking of the smaller things let it down a little, a teapot, spatulas, glass tumblers, a cord for the bathroom fan & well fitted blinds. Not big fans of sensored lighting & selected heating.We like to walk into local villages on accessible footpaths. Stick to car usage as it was too far out from amenities such as pubs, cafes & restaurants....

"We did not receive the check-in details via e-mail so could not check in and ultimately not stay overnight. The phone number that was with the booking was supposed to be a helpdesk with the operator being anything but helpful. We had a look for help at the property but could not find anyone on two separate occasions; we were also astounded to discover that the accommodation was in the middle of a wedding venue and NOT the wedding we were attending. We did manage to find a mobile number for...

"Plenty spacious but cosy too, this property was a perfect location for our weekend break. Really felt 'in the country' but so close to all amenities. Loved the riverside walks with the dog."

"Very convenient location to walk around Newark. Clean & comfy flat. Its a little noisy due to normal street traffic from the front room & you need to search around for parking. Peter was great with communication & responded promptly."

High specifications, modern feel, with all the extras you need to feel as comfortable as you would at home. Everything was immaculate. I would definitely stay here again. 5 star recommendation."
