"It was good except on the first of 3 nights, during our shower, soapy water came out of the drain in bathroom floor near the sink. We reported it to reception but it happened again the next night and third night. Obviously it was not fixed and we did not bother reporting again because we should not have to. So 3 stars for property and conditions. "

"Well managed apartment in an older building.The bed is very comfortable and we had a good night rest. The staff are very professional and check in is quick and smooth. Highly recommend for visitors to Hobart because of the location is walkable to many key attractions and CBD. "
