Experience the perfect coastal getaway in this luxurious ocean-view home, located just more than one mile away from both Tamarack State Beach and Carlsbad Village. Start the morning with a nearby coffee shop and then take a refreshing dip in the resort-style pool or relax in the hot tub. On the two levels of this up-scale interior, there is a king suite with a private kitchenette and ensuite bathroom, a cozy ocean-view living room, and a family room with Netflix streaming on all the TVs, including a 65-inch TV with 7.1 home theater system. Enjoy a game room fitted with a foosball table, pool table, and board games, and a tabletop arcade. Home chefs will revel in the newly installed range oven and the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample stone counter space. Complete the perfect evening with an alfresco feast prepared in the stainless steel BBQ grill and then gather around the firepit to watch the stars come out.

Pool can be heated for $175 per day (3 DAY MINIMUM) , from April 2nd to October 31st, max of 82F (not hot, just comfortable) - please contact management at least 1 week prior to arrange.
Pool and spa heat work on same heat system so only one can be heated at a time.
Pool heats at about 1 degree per hour.

Business retreat
We rented this space for our team who was in town for a week of training in Carlsbad. We all had our own room and the location was easy to access. It is close to the store, freeway, and has a great view. The team enjoyed it very much! Great team building and less expensive than multiple hotel rooms.

Best Birthday Weekend
I rented this house for my birthday weekend with ten friends and family. It was a great location and close to everything we would want. The house was large enough to hold all of us and was well stocked. The property manager had great communication and answered any questions we had. They also sent all of the directions we needed about the house before we got there, which was nice. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful Home
This home is beautiful, welcoming and spacious. It was great for our party of 9 and the property manager was very responsive. Carlsbad is beautiful and well worth the trip. The beach is very close and a beautiful area with lots of nice restaurants. Highly recommend!

Annual get away
Once a year a group of 4 couples go away for a week to get together, eat,drink, golf, shop and other fun things. This year we went to opening day at Del Mar and to winery tour and dinne. The house was perfect for that. A little disappointed in the size of the bedrooms that were not the master. And tthe two up stairs had a small bath to share. Lots of gathering spaces. Big Kitchen. All in all a great place.

My Birthday Celebration
The property was fantastic! Spacious with a fantastic pool. We found out the speakers were disabled due to neighbors complaints. We were out by pool with music playing from a phone. A very loud rude voice rang out, startling everyone, saying he was trying to sleep 11(pm). He could have dine that a better less hostile way. It was a great stay and fantastic property, unfortunately, music is governed.

Perfect vacation rental
I needed a large home to accommodate family coming in town. This rental exceeded my expectations! Beautiful home that is well maintained, great layout for large groups and amazing outdoor entertaining space. My family was able to relax, enjoy lounging in the pool, outdoor barbecue, interior game room, reading a book and sneaking in a nap here and there. It was the perfect get away for our group of adults, teens and children. The property manager was easy to work with, checked in periodically to make sure there was no issues with the home and if we needed any assistance. The only bummer was not being able to bring our dog with us, in all fairness I never asked. Next time I would request to pay an additional deposit to have our pet with us. I would highly recommend this rental; you won't be disappointed.

It was like a private resort!
This was the perfect spot for our family. Quiet, neat, clean, everything worked. The directions were very clear and there were zero issues. Plenty to do on site(table tennis, axe game, pool table, foosball, and many games to Play upstairs. Even Donkey Kong!! Store was basically right down the hill!! Could not Ask for more. Been doing this summer rental thing for ten years. Grandkids art 15 and 13. They loved the pool and everything about the Place. They had the upstairs connecting bed rooms and thought that was amazing. I was in the down stairs master- super big walk in closet. Really liked being able to park four Cars inside gate. Great Experience for all of us!!

The pool/grill area is really large and perfect for relaxing. House has great views from all non-bedrooms with lots of seating options. Well furnished and clean. No shortage of space even for large parties. Proximity to Vons was also a major plus as it makes grocery trips walkable.Drawbacks include that the house is a bit of a labyrnth that appears to have had multiple additions and the hard wood flooring throughout is nice, but can get noisy.Overall, would definitely recommend a stay, especially when considering the price.
