Golf getaway
The property itself is beautiful and nicely located near restaurants and a grocery store. The condo was immaculate and had everything needed plus more. The furnishings were up to date and the bed was comfy. Not one complaint. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location!
A great location with access to the resort and all that the North County of San Diego has to offer. The bed was comfortable and it was great to have a second bathroom and a dedicated parking spot in the garage. Thank you Alex!

We have visited the area dozens of times over the past 8 years, and Alex's place is our top choice in the area. Quiet and spacious
This was a great property. Really quiet which is what we look for and we’ll stocked unit with everything you would need and more. Love the big tv in bedroom and living room. We will definitely rent again on our next visit.

Amazing Stay in La Costa
We had an amazing week stay at Alex's condo in La Costa. The condo is well stocked, clean and close to everything North County SD. The king mattress was really comfortable and Alex was kind enough to look up the brand we liked it so much. Great restaurants are close by like Urban Plates, Black Rail Kitchen, Tinleaf,etc. Looking forward to coming back next summer! Thanks Alex!

Alex's unit appeared to have been recently renovated with higher end details and appliances. The environment is quiet. We had many lovely walks through the resort and enjoyed the restaurant there. There is an electronic keyboard with sheet music provided! The TV was equipped with many different apps providing us access to Netflix and our Apple TV+ account. Lots of linens provided and kitchen well stocked with utensils.

Very Nice!
Very comfortable stay in this 3rd floor condo on the grounds of the impressive Omni Resort and Spa in La Costa. Communication with owner was excellent. Plenty of room for two people and two bathrooms was a big plus. Our stay was very quiet. No traffic noise or noise from neighbors. Parking is very convenient in the underground garage with an elevator nearby. Very generous drawer and closet space. Main bathroom is quite large. Condo building was in very good condition, especially given that the original construction was apparently some time ago. Condo has obviously been modernized since original construction.

Cozy, dog friendly, near the beach
Perfect escape from the AZ heat with my pup. Comfortable & clean villa on beautiful resort grounds. The weather was absolutely gorgeous, we had the sliding glass doors open the entire time! Walked over to the Marketplace for a cup of coffee in the mornings, and enjoyed live music to a glass of wine at night. I like to eat healthy when, the villa had everything I needed to cook all of my meals. The salsa and strawberries at La Costa Farm Stand are amazing! Enjoyed the State St Farmer's Market on Wednesday and a sunset walk on the beach afterwards. Brought my dog to Del Mar Dog Beach. Did the 3.5 miles around the Batiquitos Lagoon. This was an R&R trip, did a lot of relaxing & walking around the dog friendly resort. Would definitely recommend this lovely place!

Alex was really there for us. First we needed a table that would seat four. He got us an incredible coffee table that adjusted to a dining table. Then, we were a little chilly in the bedroom and he got a next day delivery of a space heater. And, then, when I could not establish a connection with one of the streaming services, he spent 20 minutes on the phone with me to get it done. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. (There could be a few more plates and bowls.) And, the location is fantastic, being right on the grounds of the resort.

Extremely disappointed
We weren't allowed to use the amenities of la Costa. The ice maker in the fridge was broken, made one solid block of ice. The microwave was way above our heads and we are 5'8 and taller! The living room TV is on its last legs, background lights shining thru, Roku TV so we couldn't watch football or regular broadcast TV. Said it had laundry but it was a combined washer/dryer. The info book said it would take 4 to 6 hours to do laundry. Went to the garage laundry, had to pay $5 to purchase a laundry card, then another 5 to actually use the machines. We even had to go buy a box of Kleenex, none provided. Will NEVER recommend this place.

Very nice condo in great location
The condo was very clean and comfortable with modern amenities (full kitchen, laundry, and pool access). It was close to multiple nice beach towns and San Diego. The food and weather were excellent.
