The single-story house is in close proximity and has city street access to Legoland, Tamarack surf beach, Carlsbad lagoon and all the family friendly Carlsbad beaches. The lagoon beach is a short walk, and all Carlsbad beaches are in close proximity. The property has a detailed guest book with recommendations for dining and all attractions nearby.
