Nestled in the heart of Carlsbad Village, this charming furnished three-bedroom, two-bathroom town-home sits across the street from the beach and steps to the crosswalk to the beach access. Located within walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops in Carlsbad Village. The spacious floor plan has a beautiful open concept kitchen and living room, a deck to enjoy watching the sunset on the Pacific Ocean, a private two-car garage, and a great outdoor space to enjoy time outside entertaining, this town-home is family-friendly! The living room has comfortable, oversize furniture with HDTV and cable TV. There is also free WiFi included. You'll even have beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards available.

Great family location
Great location!! We were able to walk to almost everything. Very clean and had everything we needed. Large, open living area was great for our family to hangout and relax. The neighborhood felt very safe, friendly, and active. Would definitely stay again!

The perfect surf location
We had a blast celebrating my sons 16th birthday. Walking into the village every night for dinner was so enjoyable and you can’t beat the location for surf.

Perfect for our needs
This townhome was perfect for our needs for a last minute trip to Carlsbad for Spring Break. Price was reasonable. It was a great landing spot for what we wanted to do on our vacation. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location
You cannot ask for a better location while spending a relaxing week in Carlsbad. You are an easy walk to the beach, Carlsbad Village, and a short drive to Legoland. The home itself was comfortable, offering a nice view of the ocean. The house had everything you need for a week long stay.

Great location!
This home is seriously a 30 second walk to a sandy, clean beach. We watched the sunset from balcony. The place was very clean. There were a couple things broken (the door to the bathroom in the master) and the bottom floor was pretty warm. Other than that, we had a great experience.

Great location, homey unit. Could use upgrades on toilets, child height, and primary bath/shower, hard to get into. Additions could include a cutting board in the kitchen and adult size hangers in all the closets. Stairs could be a safety hazard for some.

Christmas at the Beach
We had a great stay! The property came with everything you could ever need. The patio was a little disheveled and umbrella was broken so we didn’t really use it but the upstairs porch was very nice! Thank goodness there was a heater because we were pretty freezing when we first arrived it was very foggy and chilly. Not much instructions on how those work but they did have one thank goodness. The location was so spectacular we could walk to the beach in just two minutes and the kids loved it. We will definitely come back to stay again!

We loved the rental. It 's location was perfect for going down to the sand and water. . We did not cook in, but there was everything you needed for cooking. We loved this place and if we go back to that area we would certainly rent it again. There we boogie boards, chairs etc. for our use.

Nice home near Carlsbad State Beach
The house is in a good location and within walking distance to all of the Carlsbad shops / restaurants. It is located close to Coast Hwy / Carlsbad Blvd, so the noise traffic is loud / constant. I would stay there again.

Beautiful Carlsbad Stay
Beautiful Condo by the beach. Steps from the Ocean and loved by adults and Kids. Had everything that we needed. Plenty of plates, utensils. There was enough room to lounge and the balcony was perfect. It rained the whole weekend we were there but we still enjoyed the views. 5 stars all around.

We Loved Our Stay
We really enjoyed our stay in Carlsbad. This property had everything one could ask for in a beach vacation. Close proximity to the beach, ocean view, 3 good size bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an open floor plan with large living room and kitchen, a 2 car garage, a nice patio and yard, an outdoor shower, beach toys, lots of towels, great appliances (I want them at my own house), and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Anyone looking for a great place to stay in Carlsbad this is a great option! We hope to make it back next summer!

This was an amazing property!!! Location was simply the best!!!! Half a mile to the village with tons of restaurants and shopping and across the street from the ocean. The house had everything we needed. A fully equipped kitchen and beach towels and chairs. We would definitely stay again!! We

Great place and hosts
The place is fabulous, we really enjoyed the beach chairs. The hosts left us wine and a couple of beers. The view is amazing. Our only complaint is that the Master Bedroom bed was so uncomfortable that she couldn’t sleep in it. I also got bit up a little bit from the bed. So change out the bed and the place is perfect.

You are right at the beach.
Very easy to rent this property. Check in and out was a breeze. Only wish that the fire pits worked. There was no way to turn the corner fire pit on and the free standing one didnt work because the on /off knob was broken.

GREAT Location, Lots of space in the unit
I just stayed for 6 nights. I loved the location. It was right across from the beach and a short walk to food. The unit itself is roomy, plenty of room for 4 or 5. The appliances are all pretty new so cooking and laundry are a snap. I loved all the windows -- very bright. Furniture was comfy. The unit itself was very quiet, but you are right across the street from a 4-lane road, which stays very loud until 10PM or so. I had hoped to sleep with the windows open and listen to the ocean. That was not possible with the people, mostly motorcycles, running up and down the road. The bed in the master is very soft. If you like soft beds, you'll be happy. The bathrooms are OK. The whole unit could use a bit of updating/paint. It wasn't an issue, but it would be hard to give this 5 stars with some of the visible bumps and bruises.
