Estada ok.
Foi ok. Quarto limpo e agradável. O frigobar não tinha nada, no meio da noite precisamos descer até o bar para pegar uma água. Também não tinham toalhas de rosto, apenas de banho e os itens de higiene eram insuficientes para o período e quantidade de pessoas, no caso um casal.

Salvo apenas pelo restaurante, senão era nota zero
Atendimento do Balcão muito ruim. Parece que estão lhe fazendo um favor ao atende-lo. Já o atendimento da cozinha e as refeições são nota 10. Impressionante a diferença de um para o outro. Recomendo que o pessoal da recepção faça um "estagio" na cozinha para aprenderem como atender um cliente.

Já havia me hospedado no passado. Dessa vez a falta de higiene chamou a atenção. Pia entupida, vaso manchado, metais encrostados, respingos na porta do banheiro, TV e armários com muito pó.
