"This hotel is nice and is right on the beach. Don't listen to the negative reviews. Of course it needs to be remodeled but who cares. The room was nice, bed was soft, hot water, food was great, drinks were so good, location was perfect. A grocery store is a short 10 min walk. The hotel staff was so nice it was my birthday and they treated me like royalty. I will book this hotel again it saved me thousands of dollars compared to the other hotels."

"We had a beautiful time here. The property was unique and fun! When ordering food from the restaurant keep in mind portion are small so order lots. Bring eat plus the wildlife is noisy at night. Over all a beautiful experience for couples!"

"The property location is great. You need a car. Around there are nice dining options and beaches. Property is relatively quiet though you can hear your neighbors very clearly. The host was communicative and attentive. However the bed was so soft and uncomfortable and there wasn’t hot water for us- we stayed at G3 but host mentioned that someone is coming to fix it today. "

"The view is breathtaking, entire staffs were very friendly and professional. If there is something you want as far as dinning and they don't have it on the menu. They go above and beyond to make it happen. From the time you check in to check out process was smooth and welcoming. "

"I would recommend this as a great place to stay and it was very reasonably priced for the space it provided. The communication, both with the owner (Lou) and the property manager while we were there (Jonti), was absolutely phenomenal. Lou reached out well in advance to help us get the fridge stocked (paid separately) and also arranged free transportation to and from the airport and helped us arrange a rental car to be dropped off at the property the next day that we were able to use for the week (paid separately). They also recommended vendors for our various activities (e.g. Scuba). Jonti was a wonderful host and she is a fantastic chef, who was available to serve an in home dinner (paid separately). The only cautionary item worth noting is that the house is a couple miles from the main road and the road leading to the house is (mostly) gravel / dirt and a very poor surface, so any guests that aren’t planning on taking taxis for any trips should understand they’ll want to rent an SUV (sedan might bottom out in some of the potholes) and that you will definitely need to drive anywhere (only a ~10 minute drive to Falmouth / English harbors, but it is not walkable). The description of the rental staff as being available whenever you need them and disappearing when you want your space could not be more accurate. The house itself was great, but I would consider staying in another property owned and operated by Lou and their team because they were such a great host."

"We had an excellent time staying at Carolyn's property during our first visit to Antigua. The furnishings and layout were perfect for what we needed, it was the best-stocked holiday rental I've stayed at. Location-wise we loved the mix of being more secluded than a resort/big town, but still being close to the best bits of the island (albeit you definitely need a rental car!) being able to walk 5 minutes down to the sea was just wonderful."
