"This is a bit of a hidden gem. Julia works very hard to accommodate her guests. The log construction facility is quite neat and the setting over looking the lake is beautiful. The rooms are very well equipped and the bed very comfy. Was a quick one night stay (in late - gone early) but would definitely stay again and recommend for anyone looking to stay out of big centres. Very relaxing vibe."

"Beautiful setting and grounds with private lake where you can take out canoes. Close to nature and friendly dogs and a cat on site. Owners were lovely and the home cooked dinner should not be missed! A perfect stop off on the way through BC"

"Is exactly as advertised. It is in the country about a half a kilometre from the lake. There are horses, dogs & cats to enjoy. My room was spacious & comfortable. There’s also a common room & a common kitchen with your personal mini fridge. The hostess offered to prepare breakfast & dinner, presumably for a fee but I travel self-sufficient & was very comfortable preparing my own meals & dining in the common area & in the beautifully set up lawn area on the day the weather complied.
