"The room was lovely and the location was brilliant. Just a few steps from the bus, train and tram stations and an easy walk into the city centre. Breakfast was provided, although sadly we had leave before this was available, but there were drinks and snacks in the afternoon which was a treat. Our only gripe was that the checking in instructions were very late and didn't arrive until after we had. Since it was necessary to have a key code for entry after 13.00 I was getting rather agitated....

"The design and interior was lovely. The place was a little dusty and was disappointed that i couldn't open the balcony shutters as it was locked with a chain. There was also some mildew in the shower. I also asked for an extra blanket because I was cold and didn't want to sleep with the heating on to avoid getting sick, but I didn't get a response back or a blanket"

"Booked this hotel for its close proximity to the Palermo Airport as I had a very early 05.45 flight and did not wish a long commute. This property was excelent. The manager was fantastic and got up and drove me to the airport himself at 3.00 am . He offered us pizza and salad roomservice but ewe went out. The room was lovely despite some used toiletry wrapper in the shower from the prevvious guest. Lovely bed , lounging and reading area . I am sure the breakfast looked and sounded good but...

"Lovely property full of character, it did have an elevator that was cleverly placed to not keep the integrity and character. We had the last room on top with the shower in the middle of the room. The room was spacious, water did take a while to heat up. Breakfast got redundant after 4 mornings, boiled eggs, pastry, 3 slices of cheese, meat and toast. Had my fill of persimmons, they did have a bowl of mixed fruits on each table and yogurt. Maybe since it was winter would have loved some warm food...
