This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Redlands House is just a stone's throw from Barry Island Beach and Barry Train Station, with trains leading directly into Cardiff City Centre, making it ideal for those after a scenic location with easy access to all that the city has to offer.
- Please respect the community and try to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after dark. Avoid making any loud noise between 11 pm and 8 am to allow neighbours a peaceful night’s sleep.
- Please respect the property and keep things clean and tidy.
- Please do not overload the washer-dryer.
- Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at our property.
- Please do not use the towels provided at the beach or anywhere outside the property.
- Food and drink is prohibited in the bedroom.
- No extra guests above the number booked may stay at the property.
- Smoking is prohibited on the property, including in the garden.
- Well-behaved pets are allowed in the property but must be first approved. We kindly ask that guests take a few normal precautions, including cleaning up after the dog, including the external premises (they are not to go to the toilet on the balcony's artificial grass), avoiding leaving them alone at the house, and generally respecting the furnishings (by keeping them off the beds and furniture), property, and neighbours.
- Prior to check-in, we require security details including a copy of a Government Issued photo ID and a refundable security deposit which is collected one day before check-in.
