"I had gone out of my way to contact the property in advance to stipulate a twin room. On arrival after carrying some heavy bags up to my room on the upper floor I found that I had a double room. Took a very long while to get through to anybody on the phone to discuss (there was no way I was traipsing over to reception with my heavy bags & I was working and had an online meeting coming up). "Was a lovely hotel with lovely staff in a nice location, I do like the kings inn hotels but admittedly the bathroom wasn’t very clean nor modern and it did smell a little, but it was still good for the price we paid to stay there. The bed was comfortable and we had a sleep without any disturbances. Also breakfast was nice, and the bar maids were very nice and it was very calm and chilled to sit and have a drink in the evening.
