You have your own pool, covered terrace, garden furniture, Weber grill, table tennis, internet and TV available.

 

Location:

The house is situated away from neighbours, and only 1.1 km from Carces, where there are specialty shops, bars and restaurants. There is 1.75 km to a larger supermarket.

Carces is ideally located for trips to the nearby villages, wine castles, cycling, hiking, Lac de Carces, Seillans de Cascade or Abbye de Thoronet waterfalls. There are also plenty of opportunities for day trips to: Sainte-Crooix-du-Verdon (Gorges du Verdon), Saint-Tropez, the many beaches on the Mediterranean, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Toulon, Avignon and much more.

The house is on two levels:

On the ground floor there is a combined living/dining room in open connection with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a separate toilet and a bedroom equipped with a double bed, from which there is access to a bathroom. From the bedroom there is access to the garden.

On the 1st floor, there are three bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

External:

The house is on a 1250 sq m plot, which is at the end of a cul-de-sac slightly up a hill, which offers views of the surrounding countryside.

There is a covered terrace with an awning.

The pool measures 9 x 4 m and has a depth of 1.60 m. There is easy access to the pool by stairs in the water.

On the grounds there are several trees that can provide shade on hot days, and where there is garden furniture available.

There is the following equipment: two lounge sets, two garden tables, 12 garden chairs, 6 deck chairs, Weber grill and a table tennis table.
