Warm and well-appointed, the house is well air-conditioned and has:
- 4 bedrooms with 3 double beds, a single bed and 1 cot;
- 2 bathrooms with shower and bath;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen;
- a lounge area for relaxing after a day's outing;
- a work area, terrace and spacious garden.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: classic coffee machine with ground coffee, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, barbecue, fridge, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

One of the house's strengths is its location. It's just a 15-minute walk from the center of town and close to bars, restaurants and shops.
For everyday shopping, there's a "Carrefour City" supermarket just a 15-minute walk away.
