"Confortabke stay fir officisl trips Also i must mention the concearge staff guy on Sinday evening at 6 pm was the best. He was so good he helped my husbabd to pin on the bowtie abd the kindness he showed was the best He is young guy i think deserves to be heading customervservice at your hotel. Sorru could mot het his name. 30/3/25 at 5.40 to 6.30 pm We were subway staff. "

"Had a lovely stay, beautiful river view and comfortable bed. Block out curtains made the room very dark for a sleep in with late check out. Restaurant was excellent for dinner and breakfast. "
