"Beautifully rustic and out of the way. Wonderful hosts, large updated room with a double shower. Breakfast just OK. Must have a car. Nearest restaurants 15-20 min. away."

"We really enjoyed the pool especially with the heat wave. However it was especially hot in the house and additional fans or ceiling fans would have been welcomed in the bedrooms on the ground floor. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates, cutlery etc….Coffee machines were a plus. (The only problem we encountered is the fact that the property manager sent us a lease contract, which was a bit confusing, since we were dealing with VRBO. "It was peaceful and quiet place to rest. Having private carpark was good. The host gave us a bottle of Rosé wine which we were pleasantly surprised. The Aircon unit in the place had only heating function, the cooling function was not available. Tried to let in fresh cool air by opening the windows but there was no insect screens so the insects flew in as well. In the end, we slept in the room that was warm and stuffy. It would have great if fans were provided."

"Abseits des Trubels etwas Ruhe geniessen und dennoch nicht weit vom Meer zu sein, das bekommt man hier. Der Kontakt ist äusserst nett und freundlich. Was ins Auge sticht ist die Sauberkeit. Für italienische Verhältnisse wirklich sehr positiv. Die kleine Küche ist funktional mit Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Induktionsherd. Mein Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und ruhig."

"Easy check in, beautiful location in the center of vineyards, 5 mins drive to center of Castagneto Carducci and 10 mins from marina/beach. It’s off season so beach area was mostly closed. Super clean and quiet location, off the beaten path. Excellent, hospitable staff, especially during breakfast. Highly recommended!"

Äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Schönes Angebot an eigenen Produkten (Obst, Gemüse, Olivenöl, Spaghetti, Wein...), unkompliziert über ein internes Bestellsystem zu bekommen. "Great price for last minute. Well located. The lady at the front counter initially must get some manners. Agitatedly accusing/greating me with being late after arriving at 20:30 although expedia shows check in until 2200. But the other staff was great!"
