"We stayed at Carlos villa and had a wonderful time. The villa itself is beautiful and the pool is fantastic. We loved the roof terrace and sat there every night to watch the sun set. S’aint Antioco is a very quiet place to visit especially if you like a beach holiday. We had a lovely meal at the hotel next door. Carlo is very hepfull, and sorted a small issue we had with a door as soon as we reported it. My family loved our stay and cannot fault it. An easy recommend"

Die Vermieterin war in ganz besonderem Ausmaß daran interessiert, dass wir uns wohl fühlen und es an nichts fehlt. Catiuccia and Carmelo are really nice persons and we immediately felt like home with them. even if we had some little incidents like internet, boiler and so on everything was solved really quickly. we got new friends over there and is not the last time we will go there :)"

"Amazing property - everything so clean and in order. Garden was outstanding! Graziella and her family were wonderfully kind and generous - they were always available and left us a huge areay of food and drinks to enjoy. A truly wonderful house in a magical location. Hosts were kind, very generous and helpful. Would definitely recommend!"

"We had a fantastic 2 week break in Nebida. Simonetta and Francesco could not have been more helpful and welcoming. They gave us lots of information on what to do in the local area. The house itself was beautiful and very clean and well presented. Everything you need in a holiday home. The pool was fantastic too- never busy, but a lifeguard always on duty and with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. We would happily return here again the future. "Villa looked exactly like the photos. The kitchen is modern with an induction stove and every mod con. Tv has access to Netflix, Disney etc. There is a PS5 to keep the children happy. On the whole a nice villa to stay in. A bit remote in October has not much is open in this area, though in summer it'll be fine."

"Marja and Carlo are the best hosts! They were quick to answer all of our questions before we arrived and make reservations for us throughout our stay, it was also a great touch being able to order food and drink from them next door. We loved the large pool especially in the heat of the day, but also in the evening with the pool lights on. The villa itself is well decorated, clean and spacious enough for 8 people, although the large outdoor area is where we spent most of our time, on sun loungers...

"Das Haus war frisch renoviert. Groß, sauber, gut ausgestattet und bei über 35°C Außentemperatur dank 4 Klimaanlagen kühl. Wir haben uns hier von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die große Terrasse haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Aufgrund der ländlichen Lage benötigt man unbedingt ein Auto, um die sehenswerten Ziele Südsardiniens zu erreichen. 2 Autos konnten problemlos auf dem Grundstück parken. Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Weingut nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Zum Strand 25 Minuten Fahrt. Alles Bestens."

"Lovely little cottage with gorgeous garden set in quiet countryside. Good communication with Francesco who dealt with issues rapidly. Extra charges for things like sheets were unusual for us, but maybe that's what happens in Sardinia. You'll need a car to get around this amazing island. We'd definitely come back to this lovely, peaceful property."

"La casa è spaziosa ed immersa nella natura. Pulita, funzionale e dotata di ogni comfort. Unico appunto la strada di accesso avrebbe bisogno di un po’ più di cura ma capisco che non dipende dalla proprietà, deve essere fantastica per un gruppo di amici in estate, noi ce la siamo goduta poco ma è stato un vero piacere trascorrere del tempo qui. "Wir haben nach mehreren Sardinienurlauben vor 25 Jahren die Insel erstmals wieder besucht und wurden positiv überrascht. Die Wohnung war bestens eingerichtet und überaus sauber. Sie liegt nicht in einer reinen Touristensiedlung, sondern in einem überwiegend gewachsenen Wohngebiet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr um ihre Gäste bemüht und äußerst hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung!"
