"Awesome stay. Staff and most of the facilities are excellent. There is not enough shade at the Terrace or 3nd floor pool areas. The rooftop terrace bar and pool area was unbearably hot. Breakfast is very good. We had a couple of bad meals but overall the food is good. I wou recommend this hotel if ..."

"We used the tour service located in the lobby. We were told it included transportation to boat and then back to hotel. We we're abondoned when boat returned and had to find transportation back to hotel on our own. Don't use tour service!!"
