"Tiny House" - Skiing, Golf, Fly Fishing, Biking and More!

We welcome you to our quiet neighborhood and "Tiny House" living. **Tiny House is a SMALL, simple, clean, adults only space for 2 people. It is semi-attached to the back of the owner's house and is completely separate. It is nicely appointed with all the amenities you might need to make your stay enjoyable as well as relaxing. In the summer time, the patio is the perfect place to have a BBQ and enjoy a glass of wine. Across the street is access to the Crystal River from where many fishing guides depart. If you like to hike, Mushroom Rock is just minutes away. If golf is your game, in 3 minutes you're at beautiful River Valley Ranch Golf course where you can enjoy a round with incredible mountain views. Our apartment is also situated within walking distance to downtown Carbondale - about a 20 min. easy walk- where you can enjoy one of the many diverse restaurants and then catch a movie or a play.

Carbondale is a beautiful, quaint town with interesting shops and art galleries and fantastic restaurants. It is situated between Aspen (25 miles) with its world class skiing and Glenwood Springs (12 miles) with its world famous Hot Springs Pool.

My husband, Bill, and I are just a phone call away if you have questions or just need to be pointed in the right direction so you can explore the beautiful Roaring Fork Valley.

Tiny House with Big amenities
The Tiny House more than met our expectations and we wish we could have stayed longer. Carbondale is such a sweet mountain town. We were comfortable in both the living space and bedroom and nothing felt “tiny”. The decor was so tasteful and the artwork gallery-worthy. Though we live out-of-state, we will recommend Tiny House to our Colorado friends and family.

The lockbox did not work. The owners showed up furious that they had to help us. The guy immediately escalated and called the police. The police apologized to us and said this isn't how people in their community behave. We were not allowed to stay there and they are refusing to refund our money, claiming we violated rules because our friend (who lives nearby) drove with us to help us find the place and help us unload.

Location is close to shops and grocery store. Neighborhood was very quiet. You could not ask for better property owners they were the best. This is definitely a hidden gem.

My friend and I were very comfortable for two nights here. Great location, thoughtful layout of a small space, very comfortable bed, and stocked with everything we needed for a short stay. I couldn’t be happier with the accommodations and my overall stay at the Tiny House. Super clean, all the amenities I could have asked for and a super comfortable bed. Perfect little house, super modern and fresh, private parking right next to the lil house, is attached to Owners home but feels secluded and private, lovely treed neighborhood for an evening stroll, super well stocked kitchen, everything you could possibly need, nice big OPERABLE window right next to bed for fresh air, lofted bedroom is only 4 steps up, plenty of room it’s really not that tiny. I will definitely stay here if I’m in the area again

Cozy Place to Stay near Downtown
Clean, quiet, cozy place to stay in a neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Carbondale. Hosts with a nice balance of friendliness and respect for guests' privacy. If you plan on cooking, be aware that it's a very small kitchen with 2 hot plates, but everything worked well and was well-stocked.

Wonderful Place
This has an incredible layout for its size. Very comfortable for 2 guests. The neighborhood is beautiful, great place to have a walk. We stayed here to go to a concert in Aspen. It was super easy and affordable to take the bus to Aspen and and back and they run all night. We would love to stay here again.

The tiny house had everything we needed and more. Space was modern and very efficiently designed. The owner was super sweet and made sure we had everything we needed, but then gave us plenty of privacy for the rest of our trip. Bill and Wendy have hit on the mark with this absolutely incredible place. Perfect for one or two people. All the special touches makes this place a home away from home. All the kitchen amenities are available and easily accessible. Fireplace and reading areas are a nice touch. The outside patio makes it perfect to enjoy eating or drinking outside. I will definitely be back.

It's the perfect Tiny Home!
I wish I could give 10 stars! Everything was perfect - from the location and ease of check-in to how adorable it was. The neighborhood was friendly and very quiet... an excellent place to relax at the end of a busy day seeing the sights. It was a nice touch to have bottled water in the fridge waiting for us when we got there. Even nicer to have coffee pods in the morning! I would definitely recommend the property...in fact, next time we're in the area, we'll stay here!

Tiny House Is the Right Name
Tastefully decorated two-room but very small unit, clean and well equipped kitchen for short-term stays. Outside table and chairs became our dining area. Suggest that owner provide light-weight blanket for bed in summer, as the down cover was too warm and the sheet alone was too cool.
