All bathrooms provide all the basics for a comfortable stay including shampoo, conditioner, blow dryers, makeup removal towelettes, soap, and ample linens. Tooth brushes and toothpaste and extra paper products are also provided.
Two full baths are on the primary floor, one full bath with bathtub upstairs and a full bath with shower on the lower floor.

This is a Dog friendly house with a large, fenced yard and dog door (for extra-large dogs). The dog door can be closed with a panel. There is ample parking with a large driveway and 3-car garage.
The lower level features a large room with a fireplace, sitting area, television, and pool table. The large gaming room features a hide-a-way sofa bed (one of the queen beds listed) and gaming hookup for the large TV. The 4 bunkbed system room has a television which has streaming television.
With a beautiful, open floor plan, guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and a gas grill on the primary floor deck, which affords a vista of the 4.0 acres and mountains beyond. The kitchen contains everything you need to cook and serve meals. Basics spices, all cooking accessories, stoneware dishes, a full array of drinkware. Coffee making provisions are in the kitchen above the coffee pot. The pantry and refrigerator contents are on a "use it up, replace it honor system." Popcorn is available in the colorful basket in the pantry.
A new audio/visual investment of $15,000 affords surround sound music to living space and deck, universal remote controls for televisions, cable and internet television and music. Instructions will be provided at the residence.
Wildlife can be seen all year. Mule deer are the most common sighting.
Summer and Fall: Rabbits usually live in the front yard (which is not part of the fenced in back yard) with an annual litter consistently nesting under the front porch. Hummingbird feeders and food are provided for summer and fall stays.
The home is located just minutes from El Jebel and Basalt with a variety of restaurants and bars. Visit historic Aspen, just 35 minutes away. Fly into Aspen Regional Airport (30 minutes away) or Vail/Eagle Airport (approximately an hour drive which is very scenic).
Horseback riding, white water rafting, fly fishing, and skiing are all available close by. The ski slopes are Buttermilk, Snowmass, Aspen Highlands, and Ajax. A large variety of wildlife can be observed year-round. There are guide booklet/pamphlets for the large variety of hiking trails in the living room and magazines featuring local attractions and dining.
The accommodations: two couples on primary floor, two couples upstairs, the lower floor has a 4-bunkbed system and a hideaway bed allowing for up to 14 guests. If you need more sleeping space, you can bring air mattresses for the larger guest room and office. The downstairs is a perfect area for children, with a gaming hookup and games in the cabinet. Books are provided throughout.
