The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood a few blocks from Highway 133 and Main St. in Carbondale. It is walking or biking distance to City Market, the main grocery store, and downtown Carbondale with restaurants, shopping, yoga, and nightlife.

The closest RFTA bus stop is at Main St and Highway 133 across from Subway. It is about a 5 minute walk.

No smoking, no pets. The house is not child-proof and there are no cribs or baby items.
I live locally and can answer any questions you may have. There is a guidebook in the house and lots of maps and flyers on things to do around town.
I also am a Turo host and rent out a Tesla! Let me know if you need a car during your stay.

Excellent house in pretty neighborhood
This two bedroom one bath house has a large kitchen and living area. Just a few stairs getting up from the driveway to the front door make for easy access. Large open area in the back with a nice deck. The house is very close to a City Market and other stores. Neighborhood was very nice and safe to walk in. Lots of bikes, runners, close to a park. We had a very enjoyable stay while hiking and fishing in the Crystal River Valley.

Sweet Spot in Carbondale
We love this house! Close to shopping, walk into town, easy access to RFTA. The space is clean, well appointed and spacious. Both beds are very comfortable and the garage is an added benefit especially on snowy mornings!
