"One night stay for business. Hotel was really nice in a quaint medieval walled city. Town square full of interesting buildings & bars. Staff were friendly & helpful. breakfast was continental & plentiful. Only one problem, when I went to eat in the restaurant on the Monday evening it was closed. Town square had gone to sleep as well. I walked towards the town wall & found a gem "Ristorante Pizzeria Palio"."

"We had a very pleasant stay here. The room was very large with a very spacious bathroom. Everything was extremely clean and very well appointed. We received a friendly welcome even with a major language barrier. We were encouraged to have our evening meal in their restaurant - what a treat it was! Excellent local food, plentiful and well priced. Breakfast was included in our room rate - it was very good! Overall we would recommend this place, perfect for a few nights to explore the local area...

"5 girlfriends stayed for a week and it was fabulous ~ We were greeted with a tray of cannelloni’s on the dining room table! The house was clean and spacious. A very quiet country location. We each had our own bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes though it could use more dish towels and some hot pads/oven mitts. It was nice to have a washing machine and clothes line. We sat outside each morning to drink our coffee which was just lovely.. birds singing, a rooster way off in the...

"We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. Our bathroom was dreamy with a classic clawfoot tub and beautiful windows. Water pressure was amazing. Our room overlooked a big persimmon tree. You could also hear church bells and the roosters which made the experience. The staff was incredible and very attentive. We were there for a wedding reception which was very well done. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant too. Would highly recommend the hotel for the experience. While the decor was not to my taste and a bit overwhelming, it was still a cool experience overall."
