"The place looks amazing and the staff at reception and in the basement are friendly and helpful. Theres a great range of facilities. Unfortunately, due to the behaviour of a neighbouring guest, the night could have been better. The walls are notnsound insulated so you can hear what is happening next door. "It is a hostel, and I believe a good one as such. I, however, booked a private room, and expected a bit more than what it was. We had a private bathroom, which was good, but the lights were very dim, and only worked, if the main room light was on. There was only one chair in the room. However, after I realised where we had booked, I was happy with the room, and particularly it's location."

"Una experiencia estupenda. Mi avión se retrasó una hora y eso que su tiempo de llegada era a las 10.30 y me estaban esperando y eso que era después de la hora de cierre. "Wifi only made it intermittently to room. No introduction to facilities and services beyond which room key was mine so was left guessing. Was told dinner would be available to guests (restaurant on site) but then nothing on offer, with the place deserted except for folks in the bar who gave a pintxos with my glass of wine.
