IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is payable to the Property Manager/Owner. There is no extra charge during the months of April-September inclusive, and the energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. Between October and March there may be an additional charge, a maximum of €50 per week pro-rata, based on the extra units consumed over those consumed historically, which would be payable from the Security Deposit.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 cash must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager on arrival.
