"Location was good. Not suitable for anyone who can’t climb 10 flights of stairs. Mold in the bathroom and water damage through out. Furnishings not good quality . Hadn’t been cleaned and had an ant infestation. Wouldn’t give a refund and left early. "

"Claudia is very helpful and her communication is outstanding. The apartment is lovely and has everything you could need. There are fantastic views from every window. The icing on top of the cake is the roof top terrace! Amazing views of Naples including Mount Vesuvius. Whether it be day or night, the views are outstanding."

"When I checked in, I was stunned to learn it was a tiny 1 bedroom property, on VRBO it was said to be 2 bedroom. In the bedroom, you had to inch along the bed with your back scraping the wall. "Horrible experience! We waited in a car on the near by corner in getting neighborhood for 3 hours and host NEVER answered. We had to find a new place to stay at 7 pm at night. And I had to call Vrbo a few time to get refunded."

"The apartment is located in a residential area, outside of the main tourist zone. Gianni was an excellent host, with super clear check in instructions. There is a small fruit market across the street. Restaurants and coffee shops about a 10 minute walk down the hill. Property felt very safe behind 3 locked doors/gates. Street noise more pronounced in the back bedroom, so you might need earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. We stayed 2 nights to get over jet lag, and the apartment suited our needs."
